My Story So Far

Hi, I’m Sharon May. I’ve always been passionate about health, fitness, and feeling strong in midlife, but perimenopause hit me hard. 

Sleep struggles, weight fluctuations and energy dips. I refused to just “accept it as normal”. That’s when I discovered a more natural approach. Simple lifestyle practices. Fitness, nutrition, and nervous system support that helped me feel like myself again. No more relying on HRT or just “pushing through”. Now I’m committed to sharing what works, so women know they’re not broken, they’re just in transition and there is support.

My Journey to Finding Balance
